About the Project

Bionade is Germany's iconic organic lemonade brand, originally developed in 1995 by a small Franconian brewery through an accidental fermentation discovery. The brand became a cult favorite and symbol of the German organic movement before being acquired by the Hassia Group. Today Bionade is one of the most recognized organic beverage brands in German-speaking markets.

The Challenge

What Was the Problem?

Bionade had zero TikTok presence in a market where competing beverage brands were already reaching Gen Z with viral content. They needed a TikTok account built from scratch — with a content strategy that felt fun and authentic, not corporate, while exceeding ambitious KPI targets set by the marketing team.

How We Solved It

We set up Bionade's TikTok from zero with UGC creators producing lifestyle content — showing the moment, not the bottle. Content days with multiple creators generated batches of 15-20 assets per session. Performance ads targeted beverage and lifestyle interest segments. The strategy of lifestyle-over-product drove all KPIs 100% above target, with 10M+ total views and 500K+ likes.
